1. Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately at support@berkeleyandco.co.za with your order number.
2. Order Already Dispatched
If your order has already been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be intercepted or cancelled in transit. In this scenario, you will need to accept delivery and log a return under our Refund Policy.
3. Cancellations by Berkeley & Co.
We reserve the right to cancel an order under circumstances such as:
- Unforeseen stock shortages.
- Suspected fraudulent transaction activity.
- Errors in listed pricing or product details.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.
